We stayed at sani beach club in october and had a brilliant week. Its very child friendly without feeling like you are in a kids theme park. Amazing sea, good accommodation, fantastic staff, genuinely friendly.
Childcare is of very high standard but expensive.
Food could be improved, especially the dine around. Also coffee and soft drinks are over priced.
Ill be back though, if the deal is right.

We stayed at Sani Beach Club in May 2012 for one-week. We are a couple in our 30s & 40s who visited without our children. From start to finish, our holiday was wonderful. I contacted the customer service manager & spa manager by e-mail in advance to discuss excursions and spa bookings and they were as professional and helpful as you would expect, but beyond that, were friendly and showed genuine interest in our enjoyment of our holiday. And that continued throughout the holiday with every member of staff. The resort manager, waiting staff, porters, receptionists, spa staff, cleaners - every single staff member we encountered was exceptional in their care. During every interaction, they didnt have that forced politeness that usually comes with a 5 star resort, and you didnt have that odd feeling that they were so overbearingly attentive that you were being watched every minute. It was a perfect balance which Id imagine is much harder to achieve than we would think. The staff remembered from one day to the next what your drink order was (including your preference of glass & ice cubes!), what excursions you had been on the day before and asked how you enjoyed it, they even remembered my allergies and advised on menu selections in the restaurant. I simply cant say enough about the team there - they truly do make all the difference to the experience.
During the stay we visited the majority of the restaurants and every meal was delicious. I highly recommend the Sea You Up restaurant at the Marina and the Ouzerie at the Beach Club. All of the restaurants seated adult groups in a separate area to the families with children in a very considerate way. We stayed the week before half term and the number of guests with children did increase steadily daily. This resort is very family friendly, but also excellent for adult groups as long as you dont mind there being lots of children around. If you prefer not to have so many children in the restaurants around you at dinner time, just make your reservation for later in the evening - most families have gone back to their apartment by 9.00pm. There are also plenty of bars where you can get away from children. There are also areas of the beach and pool that are reserved for those without children if you feel the need. I dont think our teenage children would necessarily have enough to keep them busy in the evenings - but its not designed for them, and if it was, we wouldnt have enjoyed it as much! This was perfect for us, and when we holiday with the teenagers, well choose a different kind of holiday.
And the design of the resort...gorgeous! The apartments and the public areas are designed & maintained to a very high standard. But nothing beats the view. The bay is beautiful. The gardens are beautiful. The yachts in the marina are beautiful. I didnt see the sunrise (first holiday without our children!) but the sunset was beautiful too. I think the key here is that the constructed elements of the resort are built so sympathetically to the surroundings. The Beach Club apartments are staggered down the hill with the main reception, restaurant, bar and spa also built in to the hillside so as you look down to the sun setting over the sea from your apartment the view is not harshly interrupted.
To summarise, we would like to send our thanks to the Sani Beach Club Manager, Savas. You are doing an excellent job in leading your staff. We never visit the same place twice, but Sani Beach Club shall certainly be the exception - we look forward to returning.

As I wrote in my review on Tripadvisor, we had a wonderful time at Sani Beach Club. It was much better than expected even after reading such terrific reviews elsewhere. What stood out most of all was the commitment to service by the entire staff. From the Melissa Club, to the staff in the main restaurant, everyone was friendly, willing to do anything to help and genunine. The Resort itself is beautiful. Well cared for gardens that look amazing, terrific beach, nice clean rooms. Food was fantastic as well. A big thank you to Vangelis, to Paul (our terrific waiter in the main restaurant)and to all the staff at the Melissa Club. We are already planning our trip for next year. And just to let you know how much we liked it, we have never repeated a holiday in the same resort. A top

We had a wonderful time at Sani Beach Club .It ticked all the boxes.
Some extras were too pricy such as nappies 24 Euro for a pack of 33 .I suggest cheaper options of wine to be added to the list.
Cold water pressure in the bungalow must improve.
Great choice for a family holiday.
We will be back Next year

Everything about our Sani Beach Club holiday was excellent. The room was very quiet, large, clean and had a good sea view. The food was very good with lots of choice every day, and we took advantage of the Dine Around programme, but were delighted with the main restaurant and found the alternatives of a similar standard. ALL the staff were BRILLIANT! nothing was too much trouble and they were always there when needed, without being intrusive.
We had a deluxe bungalow on the top row, and expected a tough walk up from the restaurant, beach, etc but were always able to get a ride on the golf buggies that were available all the time, and driven by very friendly young men. The surrounding area has tree lined walking trails of any length up to 20 kilometers. A courtesy bus runs every 20 minutes between parts of the complex, and not to be missed are the free 3 hour boat trip and the free open air theatre.
The resort is quite isolated, so if you wish to visit other parts, you need either to go on a bus trip or hire a car available on site. Although we are a "mature couple" there were lots of children at the Beach Club but we were not disturbed by them at any time - all very well behaved.
Overall, an excellent holiday!

Sani beach Club is by far one of the nicest, most pleasant, relaxing, amazing holidays I have ever been on.
I actually couldnt have asked for more from a place.
It was like having your own apartment, by the beach but with a 5 star hotel service.
Very glad I didnt stay in the hotel. A world of difference but like wise, next time I want to stay in Porto Sani Village which is the next ones up because they were even better and had the best food in our opinion. The food everywhere was good though.
The staff were incredibly friendly, almost too friendly at times but hey when you pay a lot for a place I can accept overly friendly people.
Sani is the only place I have ever been that I said I would have no hesitance to go back to - but to Porto Village! :)

The food is lovely and can recommend the food and service in Dunes Bar in particular. I have never been anywhere that i can honestly say i would go back to but this place is one i can see myself going time and again. My only suggestion that they should heat the pools as they are cold and are a shock to the system, the kids do get cold if the weather is not hot. If it was heated even over cast days that are still warm the kids would swim which would be great. We love Sani Breach Club!!!!! This was our second visit to the Sani Beach Club and it was every bit as good as the first time we came. Our 2 girls, aged 12 and 8 had a great time and loved the pool and met up with old friends and made new ones, all of which meant we got a well earned rest lazying by the pool or on the white sandy beach.
The only criticisms are the prices of bar drinks and food, 8euro for a milk shake and gents having to wear trousers for dinner in the club restaurant, when ladies seem to be able to wear denim shorts or whatever they like.
But all in all this is one of the best resorts we have been to. Simply beautiful and the service is exceptional.

We had a wonderful holiday with our 18 month old. Pool, food, room were great and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The only downside was that our room was down a flight of steps (garden room) which was difficult to negotiate with a toddler and a buggy (and I am 7 months pregnant) so would advise checking on that when deciding on sort of room to book.

Second visit to the Sani Beach Club with our 4 year old grandson. Highlight of his visit was the daily mini bus trip to the Marina for an ice cream or cake!! The food in the restaurant was very good and varied even for his fairly limited taste. The staff were brilliant with both him and us. I cant recommend the Childrens club highly enough, the staff really seem to enjoy being with the children. Our grandson is fairly shy and didnt want to go to the club until the day before the end of our holiday but once there was very disappointed that he didnt go before. Our room was lovely and we were able to sit on the balcony every evening for some chill time after he had gone to bed. All in all a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable holiday. For the first time since becoming parents of twins we actually felt like we had a really relaxing, sophisticated and thoroughly enjoyable holiday at Sani Beach Club.
Our 3 year olds had the best time ever - whether it was at the very safe pool, on the immaculate beach or exploring the marina, fabulous boats and of course the numerous stops for ice cream. The staff were immaculately presented, helpful and engaged with not only us but our children too. A big thanks to Marikah and Vera - an asset to the company.
We have told lots of people about Sani already, we did come across a few issues - however they were dealt with by the most impressive customer service skills of Milos, the general manager that he just made us even more impressed with our stay. Sani Beach club if you are thinking of adding anything to your services, then a little bit of entertainment for the children early evening would be a really nice bonus for the little ones. Thanks for a fab holiday.

This was our first experience of the Sani resort and we were immensely impressed with the overall offering. The standards of service, food and housekeeping at the Beach Club were excellent. The pool area is great, but the beaches also offer a very good alternative with their clean, groomed sand and the shallow, crystal-clear water. The gardens are also beautiful, with an abundance of colour and lush grass areas. The quality of staff can often be judged by how they deal with problems, and Milos, the Customer Services Manager, made the small problems we experienced simply go away! The restaurants in the "Dine Around" programme in the Marina are quite expensive, but the food is good and well worth the experience. Having previously been on Sunsail and Mark Warner beach holidays, I would have enjoyed more extensive sailing facilities, but the Dart 16 cat was good fun, if a little expensive at 50 euros an hour. Overall, this was probably our best ever experience of a Greek beach hotel holiday. Well done to the Sani management and staff! Jonathan Hodge, Cardiff.

We had such a lovely stay at the Sani Beach Club and would definately come back again. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was so family oriented. The rooms were very spacious and the dining around option seemed to work really well. The only slight grumble is that most of the food (pasta, vegetables ets) seemed to be cooked in butter and as our 20 month old son is allergic to dairy, this limited our options at the buffet dinner. Other than that we had a superb holiday - beach was so clean and there was plenty to keep us occupied.

The accomodation was first rate and the atmosphere very relaxing. It was nice to have an excellent baby pool for our 15 month old daughter and the design was really child friendly (which makes a huge difference as we had previously discovered elsewhere). I was unsure about the self-service beforehand (we opted, wisely, for full board) but the food was top notch and the ability to pick something else for a child finding her culinary feet was crucial for stress free dining. The diversity of food on offer catered for any need and taste and left you wanting to experience and experiment more. I would recommend this resort highly to anyone with children, as it was recommended to me by a good friend. I could go on but I would like to point out that all the staff who work at this resort are extremely pleasant and well mannered above and beyond anything expected and that really makes the holiday such a pleasurable experience.

You could feel the five star welcome and warmth of the staff almost instantly. The room was a Junior Suite with garden. Very spacious, comfortable, clean room and the private garden gave it an impeccable setting. The food was fantastic and the Dine Around option allowed us to use any restaurants across the Sani Village and Marina. If there is one thing which Sani needs to work,it is the frequency of shuttle/bus service within the Sani resorts. The bus often used to get crammed up during evening hrs and cause long delays. Barring this, it was a perfect holiday. The awesome service and unmistakable hospitality simply wins you. Special mention for Mr Milos Nicic(Gues Relationship Manager) who made our trip memorable.
