Where can I dine on the dine around programme at Sani Resort?
Guests staying all inclusive or half board at Sani Beach, Sani Club and Porto Sani can take their evening meals between the three Sani Hotels (buffet) and also in the restaurants at the Sani marina on a set menu. If guests want the a la carte menus at the marina restaurants they will receive a reduction off their meal.
Which are the best rooms at Sani Resort for a family of 5?
We would recommend the Family Interconnected Rooms at Sani Beach or the Family Suite Grand Balcony at Sani Club. Both these room types feature dual rooms with connecting doors, perfect for larger families.
How far are the hotels from each other at Sani Resort?
The largest distance between the hotels is from the Sani Beach Hotel to the Sani Beach Club. Walking along the beach this takes 10 mins walking. From Sani Beach Hotel and Sani Beach Club to the Marina is 5 minutes walking. Guests can use the Sani Shuttle which runs every 20mins between all resorts and the Sani Marina. This runs until late allowing guests to use at night.
What standard are the kids clubs and do they meet UK standards?
All childcare facilities comply to UK OFSTED standards and staff are both from the UK and Greece.
I am booking my Honeymoon what can you offer?
All Sani Honeymoon guests receive a FREE room upgrade (subject to availability), room decoration with flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival.
Where do the kids clubs operate?
At Sani Beach and Sani Club. The crèche is at the Sani Beach Hotel and can be used by all guests and can be pre booked by us.
What are the beaches like at Sani Resort?
The beaches at Sani are ideal for adults and children alike with calm, shallow, crystal clear water and white fine sand beaches. Dedicated lifeguards ensure safety and facilities such as sunbeds, a beach bar, showers and a towel service make the Blue Flag Awarded beach ideal for holidaymakers.
We are a couple, is Sani full of kids? And would it suit a couple?
The Sani Beach Hotel has the most children. However, the resort is also geared towards couples as Honeymoons are very popular. Next to the Sani Beach Hotel is Sani Hill which is very romantic and beautiful.

Can I book my holiday online?

Can I book group holidays or flights?

Do I need to take out Travel Insurance?
Yes, Holiday Insurance is essential when you travel. Make sure you are fully covered and its a good idea to pack your policy in your hand baggage.
Do I need a passport?
Whenever you leave the UK you must carry a passport with you but do please check that your passport is in date. It is a requirement of certain countries that the expiry date of your passport exceeds the return date of travel by up to 6 months. Requirements vary from country to country. You should also ensure that any children under the age of 16 who are not already included on a valid 10 year passport, have their own passport when travelling abroad.
How can I pay for my holiday?
When making a reservation you will need to have a current debit, credit or charge card. We are happy to accept most Debit/Credit cards. The debit will be automatically deducted from your bank account Please note that a surcharge may applied to all credit / charge card transactions. Please ask for full details.
What Currency do I need to take?
Try to take a mixture of local currency and travellers cheques. Take the majority in travellers cheques as these are insured against loss or theft, with the remainder, enough for the first day or so, in local currency.
Where is the best place to exchange travellers cheques abroad?
Local banks have varying opening hours. Take note, that in some countries banks close early in the afternoon for Siesta. Try to avoid changing travellers cheques at your accommodation as commission charges are often higher than at a local bank.
How do I call the UK from abroad?
If dialling from outside the UK, you’ll need the local international access code followed by 44 for the UK. You then dial the UK number as if it were a long distance call ie including the area code, but do not dial the initial “O”. eg. International access code then +44 870 000 0000
What do I do if I have a complaint in resort?
If you have a complaint. Always make sure that your hotel/accommodation Manager or tour operator representative is aware of the problem straight away. they may be able to fix the problem straight away. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, ask your tour operator representative to assist you in completing a complaint form.
